- Fischer Physical Therapy is preferred provider of New West, BCBS, Mailhandlers, Medicare, Tricare, and InterWest Health insurance. We accept most other insurance plans as well.
- While some insurance plans do not require a doctor's referral, most plans do require a referral for physical therapy. Please verify with your own plan's benefits to learn if you will require a doctor's referral for your physical therapy evaluation and treatments.
- We also accept cash payment for those who desire to skip the insurance route altogether. This approach allows for even greater freedom for the client. Cash rates are as follows:
- Evaluation* - $89.00
- 45 minutes - $93.00
- 30 minutes - $62.00
